Apple’s ditching intel. Let me tell you why.

Apple’s Mac lineup have been pretty popular since they were launched on the 24th of January 1984. And since then, Apple made some important steps to make it a better device, especially in the performance division, but perhaps the most recent WWDC, the one on the 22nd of June 2020, they’ve made the biggest transition ever; moving from intel to their own silicone chips.

Apple’s transition to their silicone chips on the Mac is the best decision because it’s just great for their customers. Let me tell you why; Apple’s move means that their device will be all native to the company which means no cut for intel which used to make their processors. This also means lower prices for better performance which is basically all the consumer wish for so it’s going to be better value for money and thus better sales and that’s great for the consumer before company.

Apple’s silicone chips have performed in an amazing way on its other devices ( the iPhone and the iPad ). This means that a better thermal design like the Mac book air on, let’s say the A12Z chip in the iPad Pro means maybe a 3.2 GHZ at normal performance and turbo boost up to 5 GHZ or more, which destroys the i9 chip* in the 16” model currently available in the apple store. And their devices are cheaper too since they don’t have to pay for processor chips from intel and their transportation and also give a cut for intel for giving them their processor chips which helped with the sales on Apple’s Mac devices. This also means that maybe in the near future we’ll see 800$ MacBooks and iMacs.

This also means a much better battery life for any Mac and that’s a big thing for many people especially if they are using their Mac for work and creatives have a much better device to use so what’s not to love about that.

This is the biggest move in the history of the Mac and I think it’s going to make the best devices in the market.

*I’m not trying to make anyone hate intel but the expected performance from these chi’s is unbelievable. Sorry intel.
